Week 6 is very similar to week 5 in run pattern. It's divided into a 3 then 2 then 1 complete run. I suggest to give it a try. If it feels too much then you can drop back a week until you feel comfortable to move on. From what I understand it is perfectly possible to do continue after a weeks rest without dropping back. Please don't be disheartened, you can do it. Look how far you have come!

Good luck getting back out there xx

There's nothing to feel guilty about, we are all allowed a holiday! The biggest thing to remember is that you came back wanting to get back out there as soon as possible! I expect that you wouldn't have thought like that a few weeks ago?

I'm doing well, it's kind of you to ask. I did W8R1 yesterday, I'm feeling positive and trying to decide what to Post Graduation. The possibilities are endless! Xx

Thank you! I hope you have a good time tomorrow too, it's fantastic that you're looking forward to your run. I do too, up until the point I'm starting to pick up pace but I keep going instead of heading home. Anyway you're doing a great job! Good luck with your next run xx

As mentioned in the guide to the plan, you lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running......... pick up where you left off.
