I'd love to hear thoughts on this as I'm off in 2 weeks for a fortnight. Was hoping to plan in my runs though. Where are you off to?

I'm going to Spain so not sure if I'd be to warm to run or even if I'd want to ha! Where you going?

Corralejo. I was going to squeeze it in early mornings before the sun roasts me alive :). Have a great time!

If it was me, I would carry on, on holiday. Unless you're limited by how much luggage you can take - have you got room for your trainers?

Was hoping to solve that by wearing them. I'm already at my limit and only half a half full case ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Running tourism. Compulsory once you are past W4r3.

So pack your things, but remember that you'll need to run early in the morning before it gets too hot. One consequence of this is that you'll not eat/drink too much the night before, thus continuing your healthy lifestyle. Tee-shirts and shorts can be washed in the shower and will dry in no time at all...

Just came back from 5 nights in Alicante and managed a single run, was pretty warm, but still managed it! Early morning/late evening would be best!

I went to Corfu when I was on week 4 - set my alarm for 3 mornings and continued the plan. That was 5 months ago, just come back from Corfu again and obviously some of my keenness has dissipated - only managed one albeit hilly, 2 mile run! Off to do a 5k now to make up for it! Enjoy your hols x

For me it wouldn't be a holiday without a run ! And runs mean pudding points whilst on holiday ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€. Enjoy

Take your running shoes (and running bra) with you! That's all you need! You won't regret it ๐Ÿ‘
