Today I completed run 1 of week 8! Can’t believe I kept going for 28min. Took my wife with me today and she walked around the meadow and waved encouragingly at me as I shuffled around. I seem to have ran a bit quicker, completely accidentally, for the last two runs - though I always felt in control and able to sing away to myself. Looking forward to consolidating 28 mins this week before having a crack at the full 30!
