Well done! 👏 You got out there and did it! This forum is so supportive and there’s plenty of gd advice. I have a similar profile to you and i’m About to start week3. Like you, initially I was gasping for breath, I was advised to take it slow and steady, a slow jog. It worked for me. Good luck💐
