Can’t Believe I’m actually running

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
It sounds too good to be true, but this programme changes lives.
Enjoy your journey.

Well done you ! Sounds like you're doing great.
Stick around and let us know how it goes from now to graduation : )

You're doing brilliantly! It's great isn't it!!

Growing up I was always the fat kid, always have been really. I used to find excuses not to exercise very easily, I need to take the bins out, I need to mow the grass, etc, etc, etc, I now need to come up with a very good reason indeed for not hopping on the treadmill.
Happy running

It’s great isn’t it. It’s so inspiring to hear so many people on this forum who have never run, never exercised etc etc and who are now banging on about the benefits of running.
I’ve just finished week 6. 6 weeks of running is nothing, and yet I feel better physically and mentally and look forward to going out running. I hardly recognise myself.
Enjoy!

Welcome to the forum. Good to see that you are looking at diet, running and exercise too. Well Done. Great to be able to happily tighten your belt isn’t it?
