Thought I’d get out in the daylight this time as it’s such a beautiful day! Found this one a bit harder than w2r1, not sure if it’s Cos I had just been for a walk. 🤔

Yes the weather is beautiful for running and it could be because you've gone for a walk before you run. On Laura day you keep the day for the running then you can go for walk, swimming, etc on your day off if you feel up to it but they do recommend that we have a rest day.
