Have been nursing a bad arm for nearly 2 months now thanks to a totally non running injury...skipped and fell hard getting out of the bloody shower!! So painful to move as I tend to be a bit of a “swinger”🤣🤣 just can’t get out there...was so peed off today beautiful blue sky..just wanted to be out there!! Surely can’t be much longer before can move it comfortably 😢😢

Have you been to the doc?

Only when it first happened all they were concerned with was if it was broken! Just said torn muscle, rest and paracetamol but 7 weeks later still so painful 😖

7 weeks sounds quite a long time... I think it might be worth going back to the docs and double checking the diagnosis/prognosis...

Yeah it feels like quite a long time too! 😩 if no better this time next week will have to get it checked out for sure!

Heck, that doesn’t sound so good. nothing worse than being on the IC with a non-running injury :(

I think you should go back to the doc if you can, that doesn’t sound right to me...

Really hoping you recover soon!

I haven't tried a sports massage yet but I have had quite a few visits to a physio now, the worst of which took me a good day to get over lol! I really do hope you get sorted soon. Once it is though, you'll easily get back to where you were. I've had to do that, I'm not quite back to where I was, but I'll be there soon, I can see that.

Oh no that’s rotten luck. But you have the summer runs to look forward to. 💐💐💐

No! 😕😕😕 I’d go back to the doctor if I were you.
