So out for W7R2 tonight. Crappy day at work and head space really not in it. I don't normally run with music but tonight I thought I would get my 80's groove on. Fantastic selection. So when I started flagging at 10 mins Maniac from Flashdance came on and when I was struggling in the last 5 mins Journeys Dont Stop Believin' blasts out of my headphones! Could not have had 2 better tunes at just the right time and finished the run on a high. Thank you the 1980's for producing such cracking tunesπ΅π΅π§π§

Congratulations on completing your run Fatbottomgirl. I agree with you, I think the 80's music along with the 60's were the best decade's for popular music πΆ π΅

Can't beat 80s music (apart from The Birdie Song of course) !
Good running!
I can still do the dance.... that fabulous Black Lace Song also comes to mind too. I wonβt start with the lyrics or you will be dancing away π
