Return from hiatus...

So, after training really hard last year and reaching week 8 last November, I then succumbed to a knee injury. Not entirely sure what I did or what type of injury it was but I do know that it prevented me from running for a month or so, which was very frustrating as by that time, my fitness level had dropped a little and my progress was reset back to around Week 5. Anyway, since recovery I have worked myself back up to Week 8 and can now happily say that I am back on track and have just completed W8 R1. Here's to staying injury-free and finally completing C25K! πŸ™‚

Welcome back.

Training "really hard" is not normally a wise approach for any but those who have already built a strong and resilient body...........slow and steady is much safer.

Take care.
