So tomorrow after a week of too much food and drink and too little sleep I need to start week 8. Feeling sluggish tonight so hoping tomorrow brings a more lively me - and possible miraculous weight loss !

Well I did it. It wasn’t pretty or smooth and for the first time I felt a slight stitch and a bit out of puff at times. That will teach me for overindulgence! Juice diet starts tomorrow I think!
