Where do I go back to?

Ok so I abandoned W6R1 due to a sore hip. I haven’t run since 27 Jan but thanks to the great advice I got here - I have had a gait analysis and got ‘proper’ running shoes (makes the old ones feel like high heels lol), been to see a manipulative therapist and had my back realigned, hip ‘clicked and stretched’, been given exercises to do and stretches for pre running and walking to warm up my lower spine! Next step is a podiatrist for custom insoles BUT my question is where do I go back to in the running programme? Any advice welcome - was told to give it 5-7 days - I have been walking 3/4K every other day - thanks

Basically you can start where you want. Personally I’d do 1:1 and see what it suggests about your current fitness ?

In the first two weeks of non running you lose next to no condition, so pick up where you left off.

I'd say give W6R3 a go. If you can't complete it at least it will give you a benchmark. But you might surprise yourself!
