Found this one tough to start and great once I got through the second run, managing to hit hit 5k over the total exercise now aiming to do 7k over the total time to get ready for the full runs.

One rule of running is to push pace or distance... never both. This plan is pushing distance (duration) all the time, so take it easy and avoid injury.
