Well guys W6R2 completed , and we aced it !! Feel that come friday,s run the training wheels can be discarded and we can at long last heed the call of the open road.To days run was a blast ,energy to spare , even managed a 'mini sprint to finish off !! This running malarkey should come with a health warning - Watch out ' ITS GOOD FOR YOU ' !!! Knees are showing definite signs of responding to alternate days of strengthening exercises so all is well and Friday we will 'nail in to concrete', the 25 minute run, bring it on ,bang a gong, let's get it on !!!
