Finally found my groove, only took 18 runs!

When that’s not strictly true, I ran week 4 a few times as I have a mental barrier on that week.

Anyway, w6r3 done, easiest run yet. Got my groove, felt good kept a steady pace upped for the last minute. I think I could have push on to the full 30 minutes but trusting the plan.

Even though Laura says I’m now a runner, not sure I feel like one yet.

Great job... your longest run was the easiest? How cool is that? Fitness is rocketing up evidently... but a very good decision not to push on, the muscles are still developing and will be for a good while... there’s no rush, you’ll be running for years to come.

Well guys, today I did my first 30 minute run...it only took me over 6 months!!

considering doing week 6 on my days off (I believe it's week six) 10 minute run then a 5 minute...

was led by an owl for my final run!

down and flew in front of me for a good couple of minutes. Made my day.

It only took two years!

Finally ran 5k in 30 mins something (at Parkrun)! And it just happens that I graduated C25k two...
