Just completed my first run of week two. The tip about breathing in time with your steps made a real difference (and took my mind off counting down the seconds til I could walk again). Feeling positive.

Well done on completing W2R1 that completely threw me - I couldn’t get it right and ended up not breathing in some bits so I reverted to my usual breathing pattern - I felt great at the end so I think I must be ok doing it my way
