OK I couldn't do my W5, R3 yesterday so I'm about to do it..... Got my new trainers on and good to go but I'm so nervous.... I think it's because I'm afraid of stopping half way through to walk.

Oh well here goes!

You definitely can do it, one foot in front of the other!

Good luck to you GreenGirl89, take the run slow and steady, no need to rush, once you have completed it, you'll be very proud of yourself and report back here so that we all can congratulate you.

YESSSS I've done it and it was easier than I thought. Took my time and just let thinking of 5 minute sections instead of the full 20 minutes.

Oh my mom got a great pair of trainers aswell. No pain in my feet and no shin splints. WOOHOOOO

Well done, that’s brilliant 🌟🌟🌟 I’m doing this run tomorrow 😬 taking it 5 min at a time sounds like a good plan...

Hurray for you and hurray for your mom too! 🎉 (I’m actually being cheered on by my daughter, but it’s the same idea. I tried on her running shoes.... 😄)
