Due to the dreadful weather last week, managed to get out yesterday, but my knee was playing up, as soon as I started to run, I got a pain and it aches. Maybe I need to strap it, but as soon as I walk it goes away !!
Also didn’t feel like I have in the first week!!
I think it is me, I am hoping this negativity doesn’t continue!!

Just take it nice and slow and agree with Ritmo. I just had my gait analysis done and new supportive shoes. It was interesting to hear what my feet and knees are doing & what trouble I could be causing myself. And as for the negativity, is that about the pain? But some runs are great and some are not, hopefully your progress will lift that. Good luck.
Maybe do a lot of brisk walking and have a look at the nhs website, it has a page of knee exercises for runners. Run on softer surfaces and also get your shoes checked. Hope that helps!!
