Due to start week 5 tomorrow, and although I don't really know what's in store (I don't read ahead, and don't want to know until the few minutes before I start) it would seen from the forum that this is when it really starts to feel like running could be doable!
A little scared but mostly excited.
Oh btw doing this and dry January, I'm feeling great and have already lost 5 lbs!! For someone with a heart condition (taking beta blockers) and an underscore thyroid, that's a MASSIVE weight loss, and I'm over the moon!

Congratulations Puddings5 on completing C25K weeks 1 to 4, I won't spoil things for you regarding future weeks, just to say take all the runs slowly and and you will graduate in around 4 weeks after completing run 3 of week 9.
You don't need to be scared of anything. 😊 Glad you are over the moon regarding your weight loss.
