So I have just finished W4R3 and feeling kind of proud of myself. Its been a tough week at work but I've still got out in the cold and done it. I never look ahead at what is coming but for some reason I have. So W5R3. Where have the numbers between 8 and 20 gone?!?! Congratulations FBG on completing weeks 1 to 4 of C25K, there is no mistake regarding run 3 of week 5, it is the first longish run of C25K, once you have ran that run you will be very proud of yourself and you are more than half way on achieving your goal of đ running for a full 30 minutes. đ đ
I thought the same but today I managed it and it wasnât at my limit which I really thought it would be, and tbh it wasnât much harder than 8 minutes. Just go slower and consentrate on your breathing and you will be fine.

Just trust the plan and have faith in yourself!
It looks scary but itâs a coward at heart. By the time you reach it youâll be ready for it. Just take it slow and steady, and if you struggle, slow down again, as many times as it takes. You can do it !
