I can see the finish line.....

After a really tough week 8, I loved week9 R1 so was not sure what to expect from R2. I pushed myself hard for R1, and had some pain in my hips after so I thought I would take this one gently. Nice and slow, pace and distance don’t matter, just make it to the end of the 30 mins, that’s what counts.

I loved it. All of it. Even the first 10 minutes wasn’t too bad.

When I got hime of course I looked at the stats (pace and distance don’t matter remember 😂) and strava gave me a whole load of medals. Faster than ever before, by quite a good margin too. It really is worth those few tough runs for this feeling I get from the good ones 😃

Well done! I did a slower run and strava gave me 9 medals! And in the end was faster overall; probably paced myself more evenly!

Congratulations on making it this far... you are nearly there!!
