I am now on Week 8 having completed Run 2 today with no extra walking steps - so chuffed as I have brought this down the last 4 runs from 26, 18, 8, 6 and now nil. One more run this week and on to Week 9. I also increased my pace for the last 5 mins so another mini challenge done and afterwards felt surprisingly ok. Surprising myself here at 65 and have not run at all in 40 plus years (although I do keep fit with walking and playing bowls so not a total couch potato).

Not far to go now until you graduated. I am the same age as you and had never run before too. C25k is awesome and made me love running and has improved my health tremendously. Keep going it’s so worth it.
