Knees hurt a little bit

Slow down... try to land lightly... the runs are getting longer now. So... slow and steady....and make sure you warm up really well and stretch after your runs...
Do try these exercises.

What are your running shoes like? When I got to week 4 I went to a specialist running shop and got lots of really helpful advice, gait analysis, and my first pair of proper running shoes. It made a big difference, not just in running, but also they were so expensive I couldn’t not use them!
I've got 3 pairs! A pair of Hoka Arahi; a pair of Brooks GTS19s for road running and a pair of Maizuno (?) Wave Riders for trail running. All great comfortable shoes. Apparently it's something to do with Runners Knee?! But, I've heeded all the advice and will act on it. They don't hurt massively, probably pain = 2 out of 10! So gonna take it easy for a while!! I'm not Usain Bolt!

It is the impact of running that causes most new runner's aches and pains, so do all you can to minimise it.
Slow down, avoid heelstriking, keep footfall under your body not out in front, run on grass or treadmill and wear proper running shoes fitted after a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop.
Stretching, as linked to in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... after very run and knee strengthening exercises will also help.
