So chuffed. Just finished wk5Run3 C25k - was it the porridge I had 3 hours prior or the 2 short black coffees or maybe Jo Whiley coaching me!! Maybe it was a mixture of all 3 of them - very pleased with myself!!

Great job.. that’s the run that proves the hard work is paying off and says you can do this like no run before it. While the three factors you mention are good, nothing beats a relaxed runner believing that they can do it!
I ran with Sarah... it was her or MJ and she got the nod from me because she isn’t a multiple Olympic gold medalist 😂. Since graduation I’ve run with Mo Farah and Paula Radcliffe... these legends don’t intimidate me any more 😂
I ran with no one, when I was doing C25K from April to June last year I had to memorise all the runs from my laptop before I went out. In August I bought a brand new Smartphone and reran some of C25K with Laura
Congratulations ReggieBear on completing run 3 of week 5, onwards and upwards to week 6 runs 1 and 2 but be careful about those two runs as they have interval walks and runs.
Watch out for 6:1 & 6:2, those intervals can trick you into going too fast when you are buzzing with all this running confidence!
It was Michael Johnson for me. I wonder if as a general trend men prefer women coaches and vice versa?! Anyway, I figured he knew what he was talking about 🙂
