Sore calf

W2R2 completed but bottom of left calf really sore. Would normally do next run on Friday but have friend staying so will leave it until Saturday and see then how calf feels. I'd welcome any advice from others.

On the plus side though, I'm actually looking forward to each run (tho that might well change as they get harder!!) and the dog is getting used to me running and doesn't give me such strange looks as she did when I started😀😀

Great job on the running and it’s good that you’re looking forward to the runs. The link above is all about looking after the calves and shins and is part of the runners world “injury proofing” series.
