Good for you ⭐️ I offer the advice of my former driving instructor: “When in doubt, slow down !” All the best for week 4. You can do it, and we’re all right here with you x

Thank you for your words of encouragement, I am a mature lady and overweight so I'm hoping it will get easier. knowing that there are people out there doing the same helps a great deal.

I’m one of those - at least, I’m very heavy and in my late 40s. Not sure about mature 😄

As ButtercupKid says - slow down. The trick I had to master was the change from brisk walk to a slower run. But that’s how I progressed. When I start too fast, or increase the pace too soon, I get puffed. Think if this as about duration and not speed. You can work on your pace later. I’m a recent graduate and working on my consolidation runs. I’m still running slowly and will only start to address pace when it feels right - probably about 4 to 6 weeks of 3x30 mins, and longer if needed.

Good luck!

Slow and steady wins the race. Slow, slow, slower. 💪👍

I’m a graduate since 19 months ago. I’m still consolidating and working again only now on Pace. It’s not easy, but it does get easier. And it makes you feel proud and amazing every time you move forward.

Keep at it. You will be a different person in 8 weeks time.
