Morning People 😊

Normally I have little Gremlins that sit in my wardrobe and drawers shrinking my clothes so they don't fit 😒😒. When I started this 2 weeks ago I took measurements of my non existent waistline and my Thunder thighs, also tried in vain to get into my favourite jeans....that was certainly not going to happen. Told myself I would check the measurements after the 4 week mark. After my shower this morning I committed (in my eyes) the cardinal sin of drying myself in front of my long mirrorπŸ™€πŸ™€.... is that a waist I see πŸ‘€ are my thighs not looking quite as thunderous!!!! Puts glasses on to check what I was seeing, yep definitely a change. Totally excited now grabs tape measure and πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ 1 and a half inches off each thigh and 2 inches off my waist, favourite Jeans still not quite making it but getting there at least the zip doesn't look as if each side has had a massive argument with the other side. My weight gain started last year when father in law became very ill and spent 5 months in hospital, eventually passing late last year. Until then I had kept my weight totally under control for 6 yrs with healthy eating and exercise. Back to Healthy eating and dedicating to the gym started just after he passed, but there had not been a lot of progress until now. Ok still got away to go but at least c25k has kick started it off big style. Long post but just had to tell someone πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Well done!!! It’s amazing how quickly you get results. Inches lost, fitness and stamina improved. And after such a tough year, I think you’ll find another benefit- mood elevation!

Good for you! Focus on looking after yourself. It’ll be great when those jeans finally fit! I had a lovely pair of new jeans hung on my wardrobe door as my motivator. I could get them up to my knees but no further I cracked it and then some πŸ˜ƒπŸ’ͺπŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Good luck. πŸ˜ƒ

The thought of that zip gliding up to the top like it did a year ago is a lovely thought 😊

Well done you :)

Brilliant result! Combine this with all the endorphins and ownership of lycra in ghastly colours and it's a winning combination! People are already commenting on how much weight I've lost even though the scales say it's only half a stone. :)

I weigh once a week fats going slowly but the shape change is brilliant, obviously muscle replacing fat, which I'm more than happy with. Already got the brights!!! I do the gym a lot and always think they can be such gloomy places with most people opting for inconspicuous black.... my mission is to brighten their day πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ one bloke said he was going to bring sun glasses next time !!!!!πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ
