I have found an addiction and that's outside jogging, today was my first ever and it was in Hull. Its cold but the sun rise made my soul sing, this is W3R3. I have a treadmill and haven't been confident to try out side but blimey I have missed a treat!

Just great, I love the outdoor runs and even when I get passed by dog walkers I wouldn’t swop it

You've just opened a new world to your running! It is hard to go back to the treadmill once you find the joy of running outside. I'm glad you found it and enjoyed it. Now you can reserve your treadmill runs for when the weather is just too yucky or dangerous to run outside.
