Where to start back?

I graduated early December and felt great! I then got the lurgy chest virus that was going around and three weeks later I’m just emerging out of the other side.

I saw the asthma nurse this morning and my peak flow is ok and I’m wanting to get back into the swing of things.

I was thinking of starting back again at week 6- any tips?

I’d just go for a nice gentle run and time it... then I’d have a good idea of where I was at.

Yes I was thinking of doing that. It’s difficult as I ran last week and did 2 miles which was ridiculous and that set me back another week.

Maybe a couple of intervals would help then? So yeah, week 6... maybe you won’t need all the 7, 8 and 9 runs though.
