W2R3 in the books. Still having left knee pain. Saw my chiropractor and went to specialty running store for gait analysis. She approved of my current shoes and inserts. She was happy with my dynamic and passive stretching. She thinks I did too much too soon. She has suggested walking my sessions until I am pain free.

Can understand how frustrated you are, but sounds sensible advice to me. Better walking for a while now than risk doing something really serious to your knee. Just keep moving, get that knee stronger and then go back to running slowly and steadily. You will get there in the end and the rewards will be all the sweeter as you have overcome setbacks on the way 😉

Take it as a lesson.
We are physically capable of doing way more than is wise for the condition of our bodies........but not without injury risk.......so that is why we constantly tell everyone here to take it slow and steady.
