Well done, make sure you’re fully hydrated, if you’re not it could cause cramp. But I’m really sorry but your last sentence made me laugh far too much 🤣🤣 happy running 🏃♀️
Congratulations, you champ!!! 🤣🤣🤣 it was a very funny read, although I imagine you were not laughing so much as we did reading it. Cramps can be caused by dehydration, so making sure you keep yourself hydrated before your run (that goes for your rest day too) should help. All the best for your next ones!
