This little girl came with me this morning for a run, still puppy training her so never actually managed a proper run 2 as she is start stop as she wants to stop and say hi to every dog and it’s human 😩😂 managed 4 runs and brisk walked the rest in the pouring ran 🌨💦💦 but feel good now.

I might repeat run 2 on Thursday when I go alone 😊

Aw bless. What a beauty 😃. As she’s just a baby she has to take baby steps for a while yet. They are big boned dogs so have to grow slowly. If you have a Rotty book it will give you the info on it. The Basset I walk had a really long period of just short walks. I think it was a year before he could walk for an hour. I couldn’t keep up with him. Hence C25k 😃👍

My neighbour fosters Rotties in distress and hands them back once they’re well and treatments complete Lovely dogs 💕

I’m a slow runner and I won’t take her every time, I’ve had Rottweilers throughout my childhood to adult they are the most loyal loving big softies ever but right now she’s a madam and chewing everything, she has so much energy to burn that we take her for 30-45 mins walk twice a week then she has two 20 mins walks daily or one 20 min later tonight if it’s long walk days like today.

She currently having a snooze, so I can go put up my twins from nursery.

This is why I’ve taken up running I get at least 45/60 mins alone 😂😂
