Glorious day for it, plus husband doesn’t have to go in until later so he drove us over to the river so I could run rings round him and the dogs.

As this is not my first time. I played with doing some high knees for a couple of the middle run sections and now my bum hurts 😄 just a little bit.

I think Merlin wondered why I was going so slowly and why I kept running back to David 😂😂😂😂
