Hi I’m now at the end of week 7 and have found it easy to complete but run roughly 4.2/4 k I do sprint the last 60 seconds and love that. Should I be challenging myself to go faster? Any thoughts anyone?

No need to challenge yourself... the time for that comes after Graduation.. with so much to choose from...Just take it gently, enjoy the runs.. finish each run in style, and reach that Graduation podium injury free.
We are all different and with different strengths, but an injury could happen if we push too hard.. so maybe, just enjoy the last weeks
