New year and definitely new me!


This is the best feeling going into 2019 and knowing I’m much healthier and fitter than I was at the beginning of 2018. I started the plan in May and graduated August 2018. I’m a treadmill runner... can be quite boring and I have wondered if outside running would have been better but I don’t have any excuses for not going to the gym! So kept going with my 3-4 runs per week. I’m 54 next week and feel quite smug I’m fitter than I’ve been for years! Thanks C25k!

Happy new year Paula... the spring may drag you outside, and it’s not far away. Wherever you run it’s continually improving the new you... how amazing you gonna feel at the end of this year? Happy running.
