Totally slept through the New Year after battling the thyroid all day. Whilst everyone was sleeping it all off I sneaked out of bed this morning and smashed my W9R1 💪 so determined to not let this beat me! Good start to day one of a new year and how I mean to go on. Happy running everyone 🏃🏻‍♀️
