On holiday in the Maldives , still keeping to the plan start week 9 tomorrow. But New Year’s Eve WOW I danced sorry jumped all night ! I feel amazing I’m 59 ( probably should know better) but I danced and jumped all night and kept up the everyone this is a first I feel amazing and grateful. Thank you.

Congratulations and a Happy New year Flopea, you have almost completed C25K, yes exercises and running makes you do things like dancing and jumping that you would not have been able to do if you had stayed a couch potato. 😊
