Hi. I'm a few days off 63 and quite unfit. Just done run 1 of wk 4 couch to 5k and I feel great. The program is working and it's not as daunting as I thought it would be. To anyone just starting KEEP GOING. I run to George Ezra.

Hey Juanitados! In terms of age and unfitness, we could be twins. I've just finished week 9 and can only recommend that you just keep at it with the same positivity: there are a few "walls" to climb on the course, and they are as much mental as physical so Attitude of Mind is all important. See you at the finish line!
