I began Couch to 5k on Christmas Eve having started it last year about the same time and getting to end of week 7 and due to injuries to my left foot and ankle plus a very very busy year never finished. So as I’m going to semi retire next year I’ve started again and intend to make my 60tb year next year my healthiest since my twenties. Merry Christmas everyone 🎄❄️🎅🏻⛄️🥳

Congratulations Thewroesbowl on starting C25K, I am sure you will be able to complete it this time without any further injuries. 😊 🏃 Happy New year for 2019 😊

Well done thewroesbowl, I started in my 60th year- best thing I’ve ever done. Weight loss, sleep better, no more hypertension .

I’m 64. I wish I’d done this years ago, especially while teaching. It’s great stress relief.
