Hadn’t run since 30 November, apart from an attempt on 10 December, where I felt I’d been running quite a while, looked at my app, and it had been on pause. Grrr! Don’t know how long I’d been going, but certainly didn’t complete the 25 minutes.
Today, I did the full run on a treadmill at work. Not my favourite as would prefer to be outside but not keen to run in the dark and wet. At least it’s done and I feel better and can move on to Week 8.
