My first 6k run since graduation

Yesterday was my first day to put myself to test... so signed up for 6k run in the city. The track was on a high-way with traffic blocked off, with a few stretches of ups and downs.

I am a very proud runner today...I did the 6k in about 38mins that included a couple of water-breaks. I look forward to running more and want to get to 10k. I attribute this run to my C25k program and the support team on this group.
