I haven’t posted for a while but thought I’d share my journey thus far. Today I celebrate my 100th run since starting C25K back in April. Thanks go to Oldfloss for keeping me Slow and Steady and safe on the Portugal sands back in June just b4 I graduated, ju-ju- the Lipstick Warrior for her relentless enthusiasm and encouragement, roseabi for her marathon training earlier in the year, IannodaTruffe for the original advice on HU which I still refer back to from time to time and everyone on here which makes it such a special place. Thank you all and Happy Running Everyone 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️💥
