My schedule has gone to pot this week, I should have graduated yesterday but only got round to doing R2 today. Didn’t fancy the rain so did it on a treadmill ... it’s soul destroying how the time goes sooooo sloooooow. The tedium of it nearly made me bail at 20 minutes but I shuffled on through to the end watching Saturday Kitchen which has made me want sausage rolls really badly!
I’m doing my graduation jog in the park on Monday, no matter what the weather.

I know the feeling I hate those things your just on the road to nowhere inside a big tin shed. I did 2 runs on one out of sheer necessity and vowed never again.
Half an hour with nothing to look at it is grim. I'm at the same point as you and it's still a struggle about half way through the run so I set places as targets it really helps me.
Outside is harder on the legs but easier on the mind. Having got this far, I’m not failing graduation due to treadmill boredom ... I don’t care what the weather is like. 🌧💨⛈ Happy graduation week!
