So 1 week on after graduation I am now working working on how far a can go.
I have decided to do it 0.5k at a time! I can now run 4K in 32min and build up to be able to RUN 5k it’s not going to break any records but I know I can do it!
For this 38yr who 11weeks ago thought how on earth would my 15stone + ass waddle now my just under 14stone ass classes herself as a runner!

Hi, you certainly are a runner. Do 3 runs per week, keep 2 of the runs at the same distance, 4K and just add 0.5K onto the 3rd run. When you get to 5K, get used to running 5K 3 times per week for a couple of months. Then you can do the same again, 2 x 5K runs and add 0.5K onto the 3rd run.
I used this method as advised here and worked my way up to 10K. I’m back working at it again.
