Feeling awesome right now, graduate status here I come, took 11 weeks due to the arrival of my granddaughter and running about 4,2 km at the moment but I’ts done yeah!! Next few weeks will be spent improving distance and maybe a small amount of speed ready for 5k park run on my birthday then start 10K plan in the new year, woo hoo amazing app to support us through this thanks for motivating me
