first two weeks not to bad, Started week 3 day 1 yesterday was ok but was stiff later in the day , But head down keep pushing myself long way to go but even mo farrah had to start somewhere lol

Keep going I just finished week 3, I thought the 3 minute run was going to kill me but I’m still here!
I’ve found that getting a couple of walks in on rest days helps keep the stiffness at bay

Great start to this. Rest days are a rest from running, it’s advisable to stay active, walking, swimming, cycling, yoga, Pilates, joint strengthening work... anything but running.
