Park run prep partner N15

Anyone in N15 near Seven Sisters tube about to slowly prepare for park run and would be up for company? Can't seem to get started alone. Pre-retirement age group

Not near to where you are but don't be put off by being alone, by the start and during the park run you won't be alone, anyway, I didn't know that there was a parkrun on a Saturday AFTERNOON or is it just you wanting to go a run in the park with someone?.

Thanks for encouragement. My local park run is Saturday morning, but was just checking whether there was anyone local to practise with, at beginner's level.

Have you tried your local running clubs to see if they have any sessions? Some do C25K

Hi, I'm near to Seven Sisters tube. My next run is Week 8/3 - so I'm nearly there. Were you thinking of the Finsbury Park run? I've been looking at that too and would welcome someone who fancied a bit of practice first. I run weekdays - would that work for you?
