Over the moon at my 1st ever parkrun today. I was intending to do wk5r1 run but got carried away with the buzz of running in a crowd and ended up running the whole 5k without walking at all.

I surpassed all of my expectations with this run. But felt good so kept on running. Should probably change my name to Forest Gump.

That’s a good run.
It’s also crazy after 12 days out with a sore and then still having lots of pains next time out.
The rest must have done me good. 😂😂😂
