Hi, I am currently doing my consolidation runs after graduating. Up until now I have used the 5 min brisk walks as my warm-up but want to find exercises I can do before I actually leave the house. Is there one place in particular I should be looking to get this information. Thanks in advance.

I personally do a pre-run yoga routine at home. Nothing strenuous, just gentle, careful stretching. 👍

I do the dynamic stretches and a few stair brisk stair climbs if I’m running from my front door.
