I have a muscle tear in my left leg had physio on Tuesday today it seem to be hurting a lot more I not sure if I should go to ae or see my gp is this normal for it to hurt so much

Never had one, but as it’s pretty much impossible not to use the muscle and still function, it’s gonna hurt and react to movement... GP can probably help, maybe some stronger painkillers.

Well... there’s vodka, but I try to avoid killing pain that way now 😂

Try resting on sofa and raising it while you put a pack of frozen peas on it. Do that for 10 mins three times a day. I have a pack in the freezer just for that purpose! Take ibuprofen if it’s bad. A tear can take 6 weeks to heal if it’s grade 2? Have you had it diagnosed as a tear?

If I ever go back to running I think are go back to week 6 c25k and billed up that way
