It’s been a while

It’s been a while since I last started c25k, and sadly I didn’t graduate. This time I have just completed w3 r2 at my local gym. I used to enjoy running outside but I want to also use my gym memebership (I also concentrate on getting rid of my bingo wings!). Can I mix it up or is it easier to stay with one method? I’m currently using the treadmill 3 times a week?!

I’d say if you can comfortably run inside and outdoors do it... switching from one to the other once used to one is tricky.

Good luck, you can do it this time!

Thank you! I may just stick with the gym as it’s working!

Welcome back!

I've found the best way to get rid of bingo wings is digging the garden and shovelling soil - I don't know if they have anything in the gym that replicates that!

May need to take up gardening as I’m struggling to get rid of them at the moment!
